We have used Wise Owl Joinery Company in the construction of a timber frame in part of our new establishment, Fox Hill Cheese House. Prior to beginning the timber frame construction, Mr. Cormier was very informative, knowledgeable and helpful with many suggestions and ideas. The timber frame itself is of high quality with all joints done to perfection. Mr. Cormier also did some hand carving which we are very pleased with. We feel that Mr. Cormier is a professional craftsman that takes pride in his work which shows in his integrity.

Richard Cormier began working with Northern Timberhouse on May 30, 1994. For the past four years, he has put his heart into his work as a timber framer.

Not only does Richard have a deep devotion to his craft, he has extensive knowledge of the tools involved in timber framing and handcrafted log buildings. He plans and organizes well, searches constantly for improvements and works at a steady pace to get results every time.

Richard has earned respect from all who have worked with him at Northern Timberhouse. He is diplomatic, effective and always utilizes a team approach. Richard has been a driving force in organizing our crew, project by project. With clients, he is at ease and has developed a good sales pitch.
