At Wise Owl Joinery, we handcraft timber frame structures using traditional mortise and tenon joinery. With log building also being a strong part of our history, we can blend both styles of building into one. In addition to larger structures, we also build unique arches, scissor trusses, log columns and free form horizontal members. As an alternative to the stress skin panel enclosure, we have developed a log infill system joined to the posts with a vertical spline. This system has no major vertical shrinkage in the wall. READ
